Wolf Hub – Terms of Service

You have the right, as a member, to report someone who violates our Terms of Service. When the Terms of Service are changed or updated, you will be notified.

License and Usage:

• License Agreement: By purchasing and using any product from Wolf Hub, you agree to the following terms. All products are provided “as is” and are obfuscated under the vendor’s discretion. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that the product is obfuscated, and no claims can be made regarding the underlying code or structure. Each product is clean, functional, and free of hidden elements or malicious content.
• License Transfers: You are permitted a maximum of two (2) transfers of your product license.
• Single-Use License: Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants a single-use license, meaning the product is licensed for use in one user this means all under the users experience.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if a product has a critical, unfixable flaw. Refunds will not be granted for:
  • Mistaken purchases (e.g., purchasing a UI without functional scripts when functional scripts were not advertised).
  • Disagreement with the obfuscation or structure of the product. By accepting the Terms of Service (ToS), you agree that the product is provided as obfuscated and “as is.”
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges are not permitted for mistaken purchases, even if the desired product is of equal value.

Modifications and Reverse Engineering:

• Permitted Modifications: Minor modifications are permitted for your own use within your licensed project, provided you do not modify, recompile, or attempt to reverse engineer any obfuscated or protected code.
• Prohibited Actions: Tampering with, recompiling, or attempting to reverse engineer protected or obfuscated code will result in immediate blacklisting from Wolf Hub services and notification of our partnered tech groups.
• Tampering, recompiling, or modifying protected code (including any settings, scripts, or GUI) is not allowed and can result in immediate blacklisting.

Distribution and Resale:

• Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, leaking, trading, or giving away purchased products unless you have explicit reseller authorization from Wolf Hub.
• Authorized Resale: Resale is only permitted with a valid reseller authorization from Wolf Hub and in accordance with the separate Reseller Policy.
• Usage Rights: You are permitted to use the purchased product within your own Roblox group or game.

Obfuscation Agreement

By accepting the Terms of Service, you agree that all products are obfuscated under the vendr’s (onPoint) discretion. The obfuscation is an integral part of the product, and no claims or disputes regarding the obfuscation will be entertained. Each product is clean, functional, and free of hidden elements or malicious content.
